Vanessa Hudgens ranked at 9%, thanks to her nude Web photos. Shia LeBeouf's intoxication problems brought him in at 3%.

And now there's a new Cyrus heading for notoriety.

Little sister Noah, 9, wore a Ramones T-shirt to the Teen Choice Awards and told The Dish Rag that her favorite song was the Ramones' "I Wanna be Sedated."

And for Halloween, little Noah was photographed in a provocative, dominatrix-like Halloween costume at an event last weekend.

Just weeks after Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus deleted her twitter account a fan has issued her an ultimatum: come back on Twitter by November 16 or I'll kill and eat my pet cat Fuzzy.

The fan said that he doesn't think petitions, fan videos, or letters will get Miley to return and he does "not mean to pressure her" but if she's not back on Twitter the cat gets it. He added that Fuzzy's death would be quick as he isn't cruel.

"Fuzzy can make the ultimate sacrifice for this cause. It was very difficult for me, you see, as I sincerely love Fuzzy. But my mind is made up. I could always get another cat, but nothing can replace Miley's tweets for me!" he said.

Miley Cyrus has quit Twitter, leaving her fans puzzled over her abrupt exit.
The teen pop star was one of the most popular people on the microblogging site, with more than 1.1 million followers. But the account for the 16-year-old Cyrus is no longer available.

In one of her last posts, she wrote that Liam Hemsworth, her co-star in the upcoming film "The Last Song," wanted her to delete her Twitter account "with good reason."

Publicists for Cyrus didn't immediately return requests for comment Thursday.

Fans of Cyrus have organized on Twitter under the heading "mileycomeback," which was one of the most popular topics on the site Thursday.

Miley Cyrus is no stranger to scandal and speaking on NBC's "TODAY" show on Friday morning, August 28, she said she is far from perfect. "I always want to be known not necessarily like as this perfect girl ... but as someone who is hopefully inspiring other people, that's what I want more than anything," said the Disney star. "I'm not here to say that I'm perfect because I'm far from that, as we all are."

"My mistakes are kind of a little bit harder because they are in front of millions and millions of people", Miley elaborated. "I get to go through that and I get to learn. It's hard sometimes to smile about it, because half the time, yeah, it does suck to have to go through that. But also it makes you want to try harder the next time when I know that little girls look at me and say I'm their hero, so that's really important."
Above all, Miley concluded "Going into this business, I think you just expect it. I feel like anyone has to make mistakes, and I think if a lot of people look back at their being a kid, they're going to realize they've done a lot of the same things I have." She went on adding, "I guess sometimes judgments are unfair, but that's just the way the cookie crumbles!"

A 53-year-old Georgia man who told police he was secretly engaged to Miley Cyrus was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday on charges of attempting to stalk the "Hannah Montana" star while she was making a movie on the Georgia coast.
Police said Mark McLeod twice came to Tybee Island looking for 16-year-old Cyrus and tried to breach a security perimeter around the movie set in June. Police said McLeod told an officer he was engaged to marry Cyrus and that she sent him secret messages through her TV show.

McLeod, from Appling, Ga., was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday on misdemeanor charges of attempted stalking, disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer. He has been jailed in Chatham County, where Tybee Island is located, and asked a judge after his arrest to appoint him a lawyer.

Cyrus finished filming the movie "The Last Song" on Tybee Island and in nearby Savannah last week.

McLeod was arrested Aug. 6 after security guards for Walt Disney Pictures reported he had returned to the filming location on Tybee Island asking where he could find Cyrus.

McLeod had been warned to stay away from the island, 12 miles east of Savannah, after he was charged June 22 with disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer for trying to cross a security perimeter at the movie set.

Actually, "guy" is probably the wrong word. He's a man. A 53-year-old man from Appling, Ga., who was hanging around the set of Cyrus' new movie telling people they were engaged to be married. He said, and I quote, "Our eyes met at her concert, and we both knew. I walked straight through security and up to her bus.

Billy Ray was standing there. He shook my hand and said you're the good man we've been praying for." But police didn't buy it. So he was arrested, and bail was set at $50,000.

After three seasons of Hannah Montana, the teen superstar isn't ready to let go of her Disney alter ego.

Disney Channel spokeswoman Hope Diamond says Cyrus has signed up for a fourth helping of the family friendly sitcom. Diamond says the 16-year-old singer-actress will film the fresh episodes early next year. In between now and then, Cyrus will shoot the Nicholas Sparks drama The Last Song, do a concert tour and launch a new clothing line with designer Max Azria.

Cyrus co-stars with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, on Hannah Montana, and recently appeared in the hit movie adaptation of the TV show.

On Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, she claimed the trophy for best song from a movie for her tune, The Climb.

North Carolina film officials originally thought the movie would be filmed in Wilmington, but at the last minute, the filming was moved to Savannah.

After taking a call on his Sirius satellite radio show "The Foxxhole" Sunday, the Oscar winner and his crew lashed out at the tween idol, advising her to "do some heroin" and "make a sex tape and grow up," according to E! LOS ANGELES (Billboard) - Both the "Hannah Montana: The Movie" soundtrack and the "Now 30" compilation are vying for the top slot on next week's U.S. pop album chart.

Based on preliminary estimates of their first-day sales on Tuesday, each is on track to sell more than 120,000 copies during the six days ended March 29, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Final data will be issued next Wednesday.

The current Billboard 200 champ is Kelly Clarkson, who logged a second week at the top after selling 90,000 copies of "Wanted."

Other albums aiming for a top-10 bow next week include Keri Hilson's debut album "In a Perfect World," Papa Roach's "Metamorphosis," Jim Jones' "Pray IV Reign" and Martina McBride's "Shine."

Over on the Top Pop Catalog Albums chart, the lavish reissue of Pearl Jam's 1991 debut "Ten" could shift more than 50,000, easily placing it at No. 1.

Heartbreak isn't the only thing Miley Cyrus is confessing in her new book: Miley, Miles to Go.

The tween queen reveals that she's suffering from a heart condition called tachycardia that often leaves her worrying for her health.

The condition causes her heart rate to exceed the range of a normal resting heart rate, so you can only imagine how worried she is when she's on stage putting on a full performance.

She writes, "The type of tachycardia I have isn’t dangerous. It won’t hurt me, but it does bother me. There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart."

The important thing is that her condition isn't life threatening, but it's still something no one wants to deal with.

LOS ANGELES, CA - Miley Cyrus has been accused of racism against Asians after a controversial photo was published. The Chinese government is not pleased.

The following photo was distributed online, of Cyrus and friends pulling their eyes slanted while sitting next to an unidentified Asian American boy.

Cyrus has yet to comment, but Asian American groups have already called for an apology. And now the Chinese government is also taking a stand.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China has announced the immediate barring of Miley Cyrus from entering the country. The government has also banned any broadcast of her TV show, films, and any sales of merchandise.

The ban is currently indefinite.

Foreign minister Yang Jiechi has stated, “Miss Cyrus has made it clear she is no friend of China or anyone of East Asian descent. We have no interest in further polluting our children’s minds with her American ignorance.”

An anonymous source hinted that Cyrus plans to fly to Beijing to perform for the Premier’s children in hopes of persuading him to lift the ban.

It would be as much a Disney stars celebration as Barack Obama's inauguration concert on Monday, January 19. Two music videos from Miley Cyrus and Jonas Brothers each will be debuted on Disney Channel on the day, during the airing of "Kids' Inaugural: We Are The Future" special telecast that starts 8 P.M. ET/PT.

Miley will premiere her video for "Let's Get Crazy", a number which will also appear in her upcoming movie "Hannah Montana: The Movie". Featuring an introduction by Miley herself, the video premiere will also be attached with the official trailer of the movie.

Meanwhile Jonas Brothers will come out with their "Tonight" video which is taken from their upcoming 3D movie "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience". Along with the premiere, there will also be sneak peeks from the movie as well as backstage moments of the video.
